Jessi has worked at Northside as our receptionist since 2017. She lives with her daughter Luna and her pug mix Mabel. In her free time she enjoys being outside, crafting, and reading.

"I love working at Northside and greeting our patients when they walk in the door. ​The most special thing about working at  the clinic is getting to know clients and patients, and being there for them through every stage of their lives."

Rossi graduated from LLCC's Veterinary Assistant Program in 2018. She officially joined the Northside Team in 2021 after doing a clinical rotation here while in school. She has two cats, a golden retriever, and a leopard gecko.

Outside of work she enjoys kayaking with her friends and going on adventures with her dog.

Haley job shadowed with us for many years before officially joining our team in 2022. She graduated from UIS in 2021 with her Bachelors Degree in Biology and is currently in school to be a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a guinea pig. 

Kaylee has been with Northside since January 2025 and working in veterinary medicine since 2021.She has two dogs of her own, Tito and Goose. Outside of the clinic she loves taking her dogs on hikes, being around friends and family, and reading.

Nicky has worked at Northside as an assistant since 2023. She also works at the Animal Emergency Clinic full time! Nicky has a dog named Roosevelt and 3 cats- Abigail, Edgar, and Herbie.

Brooke worked with us as a full time CVT from 2017 until her son was born in 2021. She is now back with us part time! She has two children and a chiweenie named Buzz.

Rick does our clinic maintenance in the evenings. He makes sure the clinic is clean and ready for us each day! He often brings his chihuahua Lucy to the clinic while he works.
